recently released its Quarterly Updates and Achievements for the first quarter
of the year 2013. The updates contain Placement Highlights, Training
Highlights, College Tie Ups, Company Tie Ups along with new services launched
etc.
Three months fast track training
program is unique and flagship program offered by IT Pathshala which is
intended to focus on providing utmost hands on experience to the students
enrolled. All students for the Jan- March 2013 were successfully placed with
leading companies at high package. As against to the placement of the last
batch, this time placement was high by 85 %.
The company also witenessed an
increase in the intake of students for 6 Months Industrial Training Program
designed for MCA and B.Tech graduates.
As result, there was 69% increase to the number of students enrolled for
different courses during the period.
Among the students enrolled in
different courses, Android was chosen as a most preferred technology followed
by .Net, PHP, Software Testing, & iOS in which they wanted to take
training. There was an upward trend among students choosing android for
training.
Under its Skill Assessment
Service, company conducted Online Employability Test which is meant to evaluate
the Job Readiness and Employability Skills of candidates. During the first quarter of the year, the
company conducted the Assessments for around 3,500 students studying in various
engineering colleges across the country.
Moving further, in order to develop strong industry association, company
launched Partnership Programs for colleges and companies which provides several
benefits. With about 12 colleges having
tied up with it in first quarter, IT Pathshala has registered significant achievement
in extending tie ups with colleges. In
the same fashion, the company saw the increased number of companies made tie
ups with it during last three months.
Considering the significance of
Soft Skills for securing the desired job, IT Pathshala organized soft skills
training and development program at various locations in which students were
taught about various skills such as Communication Skills, E-mail Etiquettes,
Presentation Skills etc. Apart from this, as a part of Career Development
Training, candidates were given Free Career Counseling, Interview & Resume
Building Sessions to help candidates to choose the right career path.
While highlighting courses and
